We believe protecting the environment is our sacred responsibility and are doing our part to reduce our carbon footprint. Rainwater harvesting is in operation with a self-imposed mandate to be fully green in 2022. Most of the mahogany and cedar used by our skilled artisans and builders was harvested on the property while pimento aka allspice is reaped yearly to add to our authentic cuisine.
